Job description

In this Graduate Cloud Developer role, the successful candidate will work collaboratively with Software Engineering teams, Infrastructure Engineers and Product Managers to build, test, deploy and operate our clients' systems. The candidate will actively participate in activities such as architecture improvements, process improvements and tool evaluation. This role will also help troubleshoot and resolve issues in our development, test and production environments. To hit the ground running, the candidate will have a keen interest in Cloud best practices and be driven to think independently whenever possible.

Key responsibilities

In this Graduate Cloud Developer job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Helping with the management of global cloud services supporting staff over multiple global sites
  • Collaborating with the wider business to promote Cloud and best practice
  • Developing and implementing software integrations based on user feedback
  • Helping to troubleshoot production issues and coordination with the development team to streamline code deployment
  • Optimising the company's cloud computing architecture

Job requirements

  • Degree educated in software Engineering or a similar Computing discipline
  • Ideally, candidates will have studied towards AWS or Azure certifications in their own time or as part of their academics
  • Exposure to Cloud Native DevOps and infrastructure
  • A collaborative and professional relationship is crucial, you will be expected to uphold company and team values and recognize the importance of working as part of a team
