As SharePoint Developer you will be involved in the following:

* SharePoint Online: Business requirements elicitation, solution specification and design, develop/build, configure and customise, test, support, train, deliver, maintain, enhance; log, audit and report configurations and activity
* Working with internal staff members and key IT suppliers and partners. Frequently contact the business and senior stakeholders to capture business needs towards O365 functionality
* Ensuring all Office 365 solutions are fit-for-purpose
* Creating and maintaining processes, procedures and documentation related to Office 365
* Contributing to the development of system governance and monitoring compliance with requirements
* Assisting with future developments, including business system integration, testing and selection of 3rd party tools to meet business needs and extension of system architecture
* Implementation, management and following of life-cycles for Office 365 based systems, including the activities: plan, design, develop/build, configure and customise, test, support, train, deliver

Key skills needed:
* Knowledge and understanding of SharePoint Online concepts including sites, apps, work flows, permissions; security, permissions and auditing; configuration and customisation
