Our client, an established media company is looking for a Digital Analyst. You will draw actionable insights from digital traffic to make recommendations to improve engagement and recirculation with the aim to increase customer loyalty. This will mean maximising the relationship between the company and it's over 500,000 loyal subscribers and customers. You will work with well-known and passionate brands, to collaborate with a huge analytics team with various backgrounds and skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Get to grips with digital traffic and make recommendations to improve engagement and recirculation to increase customer loyalty
  • Help to decide what content they should be commissioning more/less of, for example, what topics best resonate with different types of customers
  • Unlock the insights from product data to optimise apps/sites for customers, by understanding customer journeys and leading the charge on experimentation
  • Work to identify efficiencies, highlighting new opportunities to utilise data and improve how business operates
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards and compelling visualisations of business performance, translating data to clearly communicate value and insights to stakeholders

Experience:

  • The ability to communicate clearly and regularly with varied stakeholders to get under the skin of their requirements and manage their expectations
  • Curiosity to learn more and creatively interrogate data, working with team leads to prioritise and then managing your own time to meet committed deadlines

Implementation consultant specialising within Payroll/Time & Attendance and HR software required to join a global software company based in Burntwood.

This role will require Travel so a car and driving license is required. There will be flexible working conditions once you have picked up the products and occasional home work will be allowed. Millage will also be covered by the company.

The Implementation consultant must have experience implementing payroll software so and understanding of payroll is essential.
