Position Overview

Job Title: CDO Quality Assurance Lead

Location: London

Corporate Title: Vice President

Data drives all business activities in Deutsche Bank expert management and the use of data assets enables the Bank to increase revenues, reduce operating costs, better manage risks and improve the services it offers. The Chief Data Office (CDO) enables these outcomes by establishing and enforcing data principles, policies and standards, establishing and monitoring execution of a group-wide Data and Reference Data strategy and roadmap and providing expertise, education, frameworks, tools and capabilities to enable execution.

Within CDO, the Data Management Quality Assurance function is responsible for assuring the data action plans driving Data Quality outcomes of the business and infrastructure divisions as well as the quality of completion of their Data Management Maturity plan execution. Working within this team, you will be responsible for heading the Data Management Maturity Quality Assurance team, devising and executing assurance checks for Data Councils to assess the quality of their data management activities and provide insights that help the Data Councils to meet their business targets.

The Global Voice Service Operations Specialist team is a 24x7 Level 2 operations team supporting multiple Avaya Internet Protocol Telephony (IPT) and NICE Voice Recording applications/infrastructure based on the Follow the Sun support model.   • Resolution of incidents, outages and request fulfilment within defined Service Level Agreements

Your skills and experience

  • Experience in voice operations and Service Desk essential – ideally in a large corporate / financial services environment
  • Significant working knowledge of Avaya IPT or other IPT technologies
  • Experience in coordinating routine production activities and supporting complex application and infrastructure domains
  • Experience with setting up and troubleshooting user configuration, simple and complex Move, Add and Change, call routing through Avaya or other IPT technologies
  • Experience with NICE Voice Recording platform or other Voice Recording technologies and their integration with Avaya Application Enablement Services or other IPT technologies

You will play a key part in the overall delivery of projects, leading and advising a small team of project managers.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience of delivering infrastructure projects, preferably network projects around Aruba and/or Cisco.

Key Responsibilities of the role

  • Definition of project scope and deliverables that support the overall business goals, in association with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage changes to project scope, whilst identifying potential risks, and devise contingency plans.
  • Deliver and develop progress reports, change requests and presentation to ensure the efficient project progression.
  • You will also be responsible for the day to day management of the dedicated project team, made up of Project managers, contract resource as well as external suppliers whilst working with Team Leaders to allocate technical resource.
  • Work with higher management to estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve the project goals.

Key Skills of the role

  • A proven track record of delivering infrastructure/networks focused projects (integration/upgrades) using a mixture of waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience managing challenging projects with a variety of internal/external stakeholders
  • Broad overall technical knowledge (computer principles, system integration principles, data communication)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate across teams.
  • Good team player with the ability to manage own workload.

Salary

The salary for this position is between £50,000 – £60,000 per annum, depending on experience

  • You will also be responsible for the day to day management of the dedicated project team, made up of Project managers, contract resource as well as external suppliers whilst working with Team Leaders to allocate technical resource.
  • Work with higher management to estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve the project goals.

Key Skills of the role

  • A proven track record of delivering infrastructure/networks focused projects (integration/upgrades) using a mixture of waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience managing challenging projects with a variety of internal/external stakeholders
  • Broad overall technical knowledge (computer principles, system integration principles, data communication)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate across teams.
  • Good team player with the ability to manage own workload.

Salary

The salary for this position is between £50,000 – £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
