A global technology business that has been operating for almost 40 years is looking for a passionate Embedded Software Engineer to join their development team based in the Fleet area, Hampshire (commutable from parts of Surrey, Berkshire, Middlesex and Sussex) due to growth. The successful candidate will be tasked with designing, developing, supporting and enhancing functionality for their suite of business-critical applications.

In order to be suitable for this role you must have experience working in an Embedded Software Engineer, C++ Developer, Python Developer, JavaScript Programmer or similar role. It is essential to have a good knowledge of cross-discipline complex system development, for example embedded software, electronic, firmware or mechanical, with good knowledge of C++, Python, or JavaScript. The ideal candidate will also be a graduate (2.1 or higher) in an electrical, electronic, engineering, programming, mathematics or physics based subject, but this is not essential.

This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, and institutional financing. The candidate should have 4+ years experience and would suit someone who already has other part-time roles or is looking to gain some experience in the start-up sector.
