As the M365 Modern Workplace Consultant you will provide consulting services to various small to large public and private sector customers, providing technical leadership in the creation and delivery of modern technology solutions, across some of the following areas:

  • Office 365 - Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Skype for Business
  • Identity Systems - Active Director, AzureAD, Okta
  • Device Management - Intune, SCCM
  • Windows 10
  • Exchange Server
  • Migration Tool sets

Key requirements / qualifications for this M365 Modern Workplace Consultant position:

  • M365 Architecture Subject Matter Expert - understanding of the M365 suite, identity platforms, messaging systems, device management
  • Pre-sales support
  • Solutions designs - High Level Designs / Proposals
  • Consultancy and Project Management - Documentation and adoption of standards within deployments
  • Provide technical guidance on a variety of solutions and products

Cloud Migration Architect – AWS / Azure

My client, a global Digital Services and Digital Platforms provider, are looking for a number Cloud Migration Architects to help deliver secure, reliable and cost-effective migrations of services to public cloud. Ensuring the successful design of cloud based platforms which are fit-for-purpose, aligning to industry best-practices and easily maintained after migration. As the Cloud Migration Architect you will be responsible for establishing a cloud migration capability. Whilst working closely with peers to develop policy and standards, share knowledge and mentor those around you.

Essential experience:

  • Expertise in Cloud Migration and demonstrable experience of having successfully migrated a customer to a major public cloud platform (AWS/Azure)
  • Expertise in using public cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) to build solutions solving business problems and making innovative use of SaaS and Paas offerings
  • Understand whole solution architecture concepts and able to communicate and negotiate designs with customer architects
  • Expertise in Cloud Governance and compliance
  • Experience in having reduced total cost of ownership through innovative use of public cloud
  • Able to devise novel migration approaches when migrating unsupported systems
  • Ability to simplify and clearly communicate technical designs, both high level and low level through conversation, documentation and presentations
  • Ability to make effective decisions within a fast moving environment
  • Ability to manage a team in the delivery of migration plans
  • Working knowledge of cloud automation services and tooling

Desirable experience:

  • Expertise in utilising the latest migration approaches and technologies including the containerisation of services
  • Proven experience being accountable for major migration projects
  • Has pro-actively developed business across an account with sales and account managers
  • Able to prioritise their time across multiple major projects
  • Actively shares their thoughts and views on technology
  • Has participated in technology communities
  • Expertise in using multiple public cloud providers
