Our client based in London are looking for an Application Developer.

Annuity Operations Management Support:

Annuity Operations is responsible for provision and maintenance of Annuity & Service data and metrics within my clients business including but not limited to Service Contract Profitability, Service Delivery & Efficiency, and Product Technical Performance. This includes management of a divisional MS SQL Server and the development of BI using MS PowerBI, MS SSRS, and other applications.

The Senior Data Analyst will:

  • Support Department Manager with ongoing development of Annuity & Service Reporting Initiatives and deliverables

Job Duties
*Responsible for supporting the IT Operations Centre Lead as part of a 24 hrs on call Support Team (1 week in 5), in the delivery of the Operation Centre Services to The Business Customers, providing stability and adherence to agreed service SLAs / KPIs across Service.
