An opportunity has arisen for a Technical Services Manager to join a UK leading FM provider on a major contract based in West London, working on a full time, permanent basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for the establishment and administration of working processes, planned and reactive maintenance regimes, health and safety management and providing support to the Account Commercial Team.

Duties:

  • Support the Account Manager in developing the successful strategy for the contract.
  • Develop operational structure to suit the specific needs of the contract.
  • Ensure effective systems are established to support the operational needs of the contract.
  • Ensure CAFM systems are in place to optimise the management of all planned and reactive works.
  • Develop management resource plans to meet operational needs and effects change where required.
  • Ensure correct commercial procedures are followed to ensure the Clients budgets requirements are adhered to.
  • Support the commercial team in developing quotes/business cases for out of scope/additional works.
  • Early identification of business risks in projects and ensuring that risk management, risk registers and contingency are in place to manage a minimise risk.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Utilise CAFM system to maximum effect on the Account: operational delivery, commercial and demonstrating best practice.
  • Responsible for the Electrical, Air Con, Gas and Oil and Fabric MRT Team.
  • Responsible for Hard FM for properties across the contract.
  • Plan, manage and monitor all Hard FM PPMs and reactives.
  • Plan, manage and monitor FM01s, FM02s and LSD processes.
  • Responsible for raising Business Cases and checking they are closed out.
  • Plan, manage and monitor the H&S processes involved in the Hard FM service.
  • Work closely with FMs to ensure seamless delivery of Hard services.
  • Carry-out a defined number of audit checks as agreed with the PM.
  • Responsible for continuous improvement and identifying efficiencies in the service.
  • Appointed as Hard FM COSH Co-ordinator.
  • To carry out role as Out of Hours Duty Manager as part of the agreed rota.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a technical M&E background
  • Strong H&S awareness. IOSH etc
  • IWFM/RICS professional membership
  • Experience of managing in the corporate environment (managing reception, engineering, goods in and guarding teams)

As a Digital Project Manager you will be reporting into the Digital Director. You will the lead on several different digital client accounts. You will be responsible holding a number of stakeholder meetings to brief the wider teams on the project in hand. There will be a wide number of projects to manage from Digital Design, Full Web Builds and Marketing Campaigns. Within time you will have the opportunity to build out and develop a team of digital superstars too.


WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

  • Over 3 years agency side experience
  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT / DIGITAL / CREATIVE / ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT / AGENCY / B2B / B2C
  • High levels of experience in the strategic delivery of Digital, Website and Design projects
