Windows Engineer (Active Directory / ADFS)

- French and Dutch (one must be mother tongue and at least good understanding of the other one)

Description:
· He/she will manage the Active Directory and ADFS environments of my client.
· He/she will be co-responsible for the architecture and development of these domains.
· He/she will be project technical responsible for Server Team projects;
· He/she will be part of third-level support for these domains.
· He/she could take part of the 24/7 on-call duty role for the GI Server Windows team (must be available for a 24/7 duty role, but after minimum 6 months).
· Operational experience within a Microsoft Windows Server environment is a must.
· Proven knowledge and experience of both Exchange (phone number removed) and Active Directory.
· Proven experience in similar sized enterprises (+/- 5000 users, 8000 mailboxes)
· Practical knowledge about PowerShell.
· Must be able to speak and understand:
· French and Dutch (one must be mother tongue and at least good understanding of the other one)
· English (all documentation)
· German is a plus
· Experience with Microsoft ADFS is a big plus;
· Experience with products as Skype for Business, Trustwave SEG, Faxination, Safenet OTP, SCCM is a plus.

Must have planning and organizational skills.
Must be able to troubleshoot technical problems.
Must be able to work independently.
Must be customer minded.
Able to learn new products and environments quickly.
Able to write and validate processes and documentation.

Working location will be Brussels (Schaarbeek), with occasional travel to Berlin (travel expenses)

Overview

GDS Support Specialist role is required to provide GDS and Concur Support to agents and internal departments that require assistance in resolving issues that could affect multiple points of the support structure.

The Specialist will be responsible for Sabre and Concur requests and ensuring that they are resolved in a timely manner and escalated when needed.

Collaboration between all departments is essential to ensure processes are working efficiently and that training needs (where applicable) are brought to the attention of appropriate departments. Processes should always be documented and implemented to reduce issues that arise from undefined practices or changes in industry standards.

Responsibilities

?Agent GDS Questions (Formats, workflow, processes)

?Provide resellers Concur OBT, implementation, issues, and general support

?Agent & Agency Implementations

?Miscellaneous Ticketing and Processing Requests

?Review Bookings for Fraud

?Evaluate and escalate issues for training opportunities.

?Collaborate with training team, Operations Supervisors and Managers to highlight reoccurring issues, errors, and gaps in GDS and Concur skills.

?Evaluate and escalate issues to other IT and Operational teams as necessary.

?Continuously review and enhance communication procedures and channels to ensure proper delivery of relevant information to agents and support teams.

Requirements

?3 -5 years’ experience on Sabre GDS system (any other GDS systems are a plus)

?1 – 3 year’ Concur Complete experience

?Excellent customer service skills.

?Thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to handle multiple responsibilities.

?Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail

?Advanced knowledge of the travel industry
