We are currently recruiting a Vehicle Data Management (VDM) Technician to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. Reporting directly to the Vehicle Data Development Manager, the VDM Technician will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of vehicle databases, ensuring they are kept up to date with new models and group ratings so that they can be used effectively by our motor insurer members to guide premium pricing strategies.

As the Data Management Technician your responsibilities will involve:

  • Producing accurate and timely data to inform stakeholder queries

The Role:

You will be expected to bring technical knowledge and guidance of programming CodeSys 2.3 and 3.5 for an automotive application. Ideally you will have working knowledge of vehicle HV battery (BEV) systems and be from a mechanical, electrical and or electronic engineering background.
