Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure access for surveys; by phone and in person
  • Ensure access for works; by phone and in person
  • Monitor mailbox and respond to residents queries
  • Carry out "meet and greet" meetings to profile customers prior to works starting
  • Managing stock units (ie apartments we have rented and are using for residents)
    • Liaise with condition surveyors having obtained the property
    • Organising furniture packs to be brought to new apartments
    • Ensure that they are prepared ready for moving in residents
    • Periodical apartment inspections during residence to ensure that the resident in happy in their temporary accommodation

  • Being an advocate for the insights team internally
  • Experience working with software developers to implement analytical products and solve issues that arise
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team would be useful but not essential
  • Good communication skills
