Job Title: Scrum Master
Salary up to £45k + Bonus
Location: Exeter

Acorn is searching for an experienced Scrum Master to join a talented development team reporting directly to development manager. You will take overall responsibility for the adoption and continued improvement of agile methodologies within the various development teams. You will work with our teams on projects designing our market leading applications.

*Maintain and build upon current reports
*Promote the benefits of Agile methodologies at all levels

Skills and experience:
*At least 3 years of experience in a professional Scrum Master or Agile Coach role
*Up to date knowledge on agile best practices
*Previous experience overseeing team transformation from waterfall to agile
*Expert in creating reports to understand where to concentrate our agile transformation effort
*Ability to understand the level of agile maturity of the company, team members as well as leadership layer to plan the next steps.
