* Pinpoint trends, correlations and patterns in complicated data sets
* Clean and prune data to discard irrelevant information
* Take ownership for the accuracy of reports designed and delivered on behalf of the Assurance Team, through the effective execution of validation processes
* Support the development of automated systems and processes (e.g. dashboards) to enable more efficient production and consumption of the reporting outputs

As an onsite field support engineer, you will be focusing on desktop OneDrive sync Support, specifically the "known folder move" function. This is a 3 month contract to support the implementation of O365 across the global Business.

You will be working through the following for a large user base:
1. Validate OneDrive for Business is enabled and Known Folder Move is active for the Desktop, Documents and Pictures folders. If not enabled, tun on OneDrive sync so that sync starts in the background
2. Ensure there is enough space on an external mass storage device to accommodate any data that needs to be backed up from the client device
3. Confirm to the user that they understand the action being performed on their device is an irreversible, destructive activity. Any local only copies of data will be lost.
4. Ensure any data that the user needs to be migrated is backed up to an external media using the UserCopyV1.ps1 script.
5. Validate the data has been backed up and successfully remove user from RE-Direction GPO
6. Login to OneDrive Desktop Client, enable Known Folder Move.

You will have support from the Office365 Lead at their third party who is on site, along with the desktop team.
