THE ROLE

As a Red Team Specialist Penetration Tester you will be a senior team member in the Technical Security Test Team. You will join a strong team of experienced, passionate and dedicated security professionals who provide a technical security testing service to all areas and levels of the business. Your core responsibilities will be to take on all of the companies Red Team engagements and look to grow and expand the team with the idea of becoming one of the industries leading Red Team divisions.

SKILLS

• Have in-depth experience of performing Red Team Penetration Testing with a solid security / Cyber / IT background
• Possess technical skills appropriate for a large complex technical area with an industry related qualification, Ideally CCT/CTL/CCSAS or OSCP, CREST, CHECK or QSTM
• Have in-depth knowledge of security tools, techniques and methodology frameworks including Metasploit, Kali, Burp Suite and scripting languages
• Have knowledge of Red Team technologies
• Have working knowledge of current web application and network vulnerabilities including those listed in OWASP Top 10 and SANS Top 25
• Be able to present findings of a test (either verbally or via a well-written report) in an articulate and clear manner, to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What does your role involve?
* Working with the PMO Manager to provide timely and accurate project reports
* Introduce innovative IT solutions
* Contributing to requirements, implementation and encourage the use of new technology within the service.
* Being a champion of new and innovative ways of working, transferring your knowledge across the organisation by delivering training/coaching sessions to colleagues.
* Acting as an internal consultant to provide objective guidance for future developments
* Contribute to the development of change management skills

As a Project Manager you will have:
* Significant experience in applying best practice project methodologies to complex projects such as Prince2 or APM Body of knowledge
* Contributing to requirements for additional PMO managed tools such as issue management software e.g. JIRA or portfolio management software such as Project Online.
* Recent experience in delivering high profile projects in a client facing role
* Experience of managing risks, issues, dependencies and changes on a project
* Experienced with using MS Project and MS SharePoint
* Excellent skills in leading and facilitating workshops and events
