Working in Nottingham Centre for a Global Tech firm, reporting to the Sales Operations Director, the Sales Analyst will be responsible for collating data and reporting on a series of KPIs and pipelines from several data points for all of territories. The successful applicant will work closely with a team of focused on sales enablement and the CRM project team.
The ultimate goal is to develop intuitive reporting for a combination of stakeholder groups and improve and maintain a strong reliable state of sales data. The role requires the successful candidate to have a good understanding of Salesforce reporting, business data and data accuracy.
As Sales Data Administrator you will be responsible for:
* Creating meaningful sales reports and dashboards for Sales, Sales Management, Product and Senior Leadership.
* Maintaining and evolving sales reports and dashboards
* Maintaining an overview of existing reports and KPIs for various stakeholder groups
* Maintaining an overview of all existing data points and keeping documentation up to date to help identify data points for reporting
* Aligning data points and descriptions with other units such as accounting, marketing or finance
* Checking entered data on its consistency, quality and correctness to identify data discrepancies and incomplete data, driving data needed for KPIs and identifying areas of improvement
* Working with sales enablement and project teams on improving data accuracy
* Reviewing data entry accuracy for sales reports and the CRM system
* Creating reliable, accurate and quality data to be displayed in board packs and/or office displays in each territory
* Working with various stakeholders from Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, etc
