My client, a leading insurance company with an office in Limerick, is seeking a desktop support engineer to join their expanding team. You will join the support team on a 6 month FTC with an opportunity to extend.
Responsibilities:
- Provide level 1/ level 2 desktop support to over 500 users
- Work within a Windows enivronment and with Active Directory
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues
- Liaising with the Support team and 3rd parties
- Report to the Support Team Lead
Essential Criteria:
- Third level degree in an IT subject
- Minimum 3 years' experience within an desktop support role
- Experience with Windows and Active Directory
- Experience with Office 365
- Experience with basic networking
- Full clean Driver's Licence
