There's a team of 4 designers at present across UI/Visual and UX design and are looking for another UX'er to join them. The structure of the team is cross-functional, so you'll be the sole UX designer on that specific team and will be expected to engage with the devs, the other UI/Visual designer and Product Owner.

The design team is quite new in terms of the business, but their lead designer is an advocate for creating a culture where they will test all their own designs. You'll be expected to understand the problems they're trying to solve through user needs through a variety of different methods user research, prototyping, testing and data analysis.

  • Frame user problems and stories
  • Research user personas and behaviours
  • Co-ordinate structure online or in-person user interviews to test ideas
  • Analyse test results to draw data-driven and evidence-based conclusions

  • Collaborate with UI/Visual Designer to develop mock-ups into hi-fi prototypes.
