What is the opportunity?

  • Assist with the collation and review of customer due diligence for a group of Jersey domiciled real estate unit trusts
  • Assist with the preparation and monitoring of timetables for key client events
  • Liaise with intermediaries to ensure transactions are concluded with appropriate paperwork in place
  • Responding to / investigating client queries
  • Ensure that due diligence is monitored and reviewed
  • Handle periodic re-identifications and trigger events
  • Assist with client communications
  • Ensure regular liaison with other teams throughout RBC Due diligence risk ratings

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Educated to Scottish Higher standard or equivalent
  • AML experience
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Completer/finisher - ability to see tasks through to the end
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Experience of working with institutional investors

 Nice to have 

  • Holds a qualification relating to AML (preferable)
  • Experience of working with trustees of real estate unit trusts
