The Position

My client is actively seeking an experienced business analyst/ consultant, with experience implementing Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX, to help support the end to end implementation cycle with new and exciting customers. You will get involved in all areas of the implementation, from project scoping, analysis and design, through functional testing and training to go-live.

This brilliant, home based role offers:

• A brilliant base salary up to £65,000 (experience dependant)
• Target based bonus
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
• A solid pipeline of D365 F&O projects for 2020 and beyond

Your role will be home based, with the expectation to travel to customer site where required with your team to complete projects - typically 2-3 days per week which will fluctuate project dependant on the phase of project.

You will be instrumental in helping teams outside the realms of Digital and Tec shift their mind set and approach and adopt agile scrum as a way of working.

You will be working with cross-functional teams and specialisms, embedding agile thinking, coaching them in how to apply agile values, principles and practices and help deliver successful outcomes. You will support all aspects of the delivery process, combining technical excellence and pragmatic business acumen.

As Scrum Master you will:

• Lead cross-functional teams (not just Digital and Tech) utilising the Scrum framework for tackling business problems, product development and projects.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies; release and sprint planning, daily stand-up, show & tell, refinement and retrospective.
