A market leading organisation are looking for a Product Owner to join the business on 2 years fixed term contract to work on the end-to-end launch of two applications. These will add to the business's product offering, allowing better access and increased communication for customers. Responsibilities:

• Engaging with internal stakeholders at various levels to identify opportunities for new developments and innovation and understanding requirements.
• Creating product concepts with the designers/wider teams
• Utilising data to analyse product usage to identify gaps & opportunities
• Being the visible advocate for products; updating relevant stakeholder on progress and hosting product demonstrations
• Working closely with the customer experience and end user support teams to produce clear product specifications and designs
• Continuously engaging the product/project team and other stakeholders to ensure the team is building the right product

• Previous experience working as a Product Owner
• Experience dealing with stakeholders
• Experience managing a release of a new technical product
• Good understanding of user experience, user journeys, backlogs, MVPs, dataflows & shaping projects

As the successful candidate, you will be working as part of an agile team, building our client's industry-changing SaaS product. This role will involve working with our client's wider technology team, including Testing, Business Analysts and the Configuration team.

REQUIREMENTS

You will be experienced with C# ASP.Net skills and have a passion for software development and building great products.

Further skills & experience we are looking for include:

• Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Linq, MVC, HTTP/CGI.
• Knowledge of web-based languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery
• Experience with Object Orientated Programming principles.
• Experience with Web services/Rest.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders and teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

It would be a bonus if you have had exposure to front-end development/UI design and previous experience working with a SaaS product.
