The SQL Database Administrator will be responsible for providing all aspects of administration support for an ITIL based ticketing tool. They have put a real emphasis on experts in Index strategies and Performance Tuning, while knowledge of related tech such as Log Shipping, Always On and Replication would be a plus.

Some of the ticket tasks you'll be required to perform are clustering, recovery, break fix, account administration in a shift based environment. Furthermore, as they are investing heavily into cloud technologies, experience with Azure is desirable.

They offer 2/3 days remote working a week also, and an On-Call shift scheme to earn extra.

• Drawing up detailed plans for IT projects and agree the resourcing of those plans with the Project Board and with senior management.

• Formulating and leading a project team to carry out the tasks and deliver the products defined in the plan.

• Working with members of the project team to analyse and redesign IT related business processes, taking a lead role as required

The successful Project Manager must possess:

• Experience of delivering IT Infrastructure and Application projects of varying size and complexity

• Experience of network design / transformation / troubleshooting

• Knowledge of managing projects and resources to tight deadlines, with efficiency and accuracy
