Working as a member within the team responsible for the delivery and support of IT services to the Global FX Sales and Trading teams; providing 1st and 2nd line trade floor support, incident management and resolution.

• Assisting in the completion and timely delivery of projects.

Role Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
• General understanding of financial markets and products, in particular FX

• Strong experience providing technical support for FX or Fixed Income Desks within an Investment Bank.
• Experience in IT support and service management
• Candidates will ideally have worked in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment supporting mission-critical applications and/or infrastructure, facing off to demanding customers
• Strong experience working with both project team & users

Experience Required:
