Pertemps Recruitment currently require a Senior Business Analyst for a public sector organisation, based in Glasgow for an initial 4 week period (inside of IR35). Day rate of £250 - £280 DOE.
Demonstrate project management in a large-scale organisation and operating within complex organisational structures.
The ideal candidate should will have an excellent understanding of Public Sector processes, wide ranging experience of user and stakeholder engagement and a strong commercial awareness. The focus of the role will be developing products and services to deliver electronic patient communications solutions.
Expertise and knowledge required in the following areas:
- The development of new integrated clinical public sector systems
- The complexities of interagency data sharing
- Business process mapping, re-engineering and redesign of current and proposed operational environments for clinical and non-clinical settings within Public Sector plan
Essential skills- Educated to degree level or equivalent in computer science or engineering or demonstrable experience at Programme Manager level with evidence of success.
- Experience in setting up complex programmes, implementing appropriate governance and financial reporting.
- Develop productive relationships with various interested parties
- Practical project management experience and knowledge and exposure to IT project management methodologies (ELMP, Six Sigma, PRINCE2
- Up to date knowledge and experience gained managing programmes within an agile and modern IT environment.
- Experience gained in any of the following technologies would be advantageous - cloud computing, HL7/FHIR (or other integration technologies), Open EHR and Clinical Data Repositories.
- Development of outline and full business case, Multi Board stakeholder engagement and communications plan, Successful start to end procurement process, PID development, Project Plan development, Management of risks and issues, Benefits realisation plan and Implementation
