Our client is one of the UK's leading facilities maintenance contractors and they are currently looking for a temporary soft services Customer assistant who has the experience with logging & closing jobs on CAFM system to join their team based in Hatton Cross, Heathrow.

This role will be supporting and working with our client within Healthcare and will require a dynamic & forward thinker to provide excellent customer service.


Responsibilities will include:
Answering all customer calls
Logging & closing jobs on CAFM systems
Liaising with engineers
Managing engineer workload
All general reception work

Working experience/Personal attributes:
Experience of working within a Facilities Customer service position, within Soft Facilities Services
Experience with using CAFM systems
Proven track record in delivering effective customer service whilst maintaining appropriate operating margins
Evidence of P&L knowledge and achievement
Self-motivated, flexible and results orientated with effective inter-personal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload and delegate effectively to direct reports
Team Player
Ownership of task
The ability to work within tight deadlines
Drive, initiative and enthusiasm
