The Nuffield Department of Population Health contains world-renowned population health research groups and it provides an excellent environment for multi-disciplinary research and teaching. The department is home to major international research institutes such as the Clinical Trial Service Unit (CTSU) and is a key partner in the new Oxford University Big Data Institute.

As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for requirement gathering, analysis and documentation activities for UK Biobank. The focus of the role will be to determine and document requirements for new software and will require close liaison with academic staff, systems developers, the validation and testing group, other relevant CTSU staff and external collaborators.

To be considered, you will be educated to degree level (or equivalent), have demonstrable experience of analysing and managing requirements for a range of IT projects and demonstrable problem solving ability. You will also have strong proficiency in a range of computer applications and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The position is full-time (part-time considered) and fixed-term for 2 years.

You will be instrumental in helping to align business processes with the CRM, and once the system is in place you will own the roadmap for future direction, enhancing our recruitment and growing the value of the CRM before exploring how the University can further benefit from a single CRM approach, such as for Alumni Relations.

You will have extensive experience working with, and developing on, Microsoft Dynamics.
