We currently have a brand new IT Service Manager opportunity to join out Service Delivery & Operations team on a full time, permanent basis in Edinburgh. The main purpose of this role will to be responsible for all major incidents and the management of this business area.

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for major IT service incidents and the management process
  • Governing the major incident processes
  • Development incident processes and providing process improvements
  • Ensuring service stability for major incidents in a timely manor
  • Restoring service after incidents and governing the process and driving service improvement
  • Ensuring route cause analysis of incidents & service failures
  • Providing a proactive approach around IT service management
  • Driving improvements across the wider Service Delivery & Operations business area

Skills and Experience

  • Vast experience managing major IT service incidents
  • Background within financial services, supporting process improvements within service management
  • Analytical mind set, with the ability to liaise with non-technical IT stakeholders
  • Experience within risk analysis to prevent service failure
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Essential Criteria

  • Strong background within an IT Service Management or IT Incidents role previously
  • Experience working within a financial services or regulated environment
  • ITIL Qualified at a foundation level
  • Strong stakeholder management and communications experience
  • Transformation improvement experience
  • Working with colleagues in fraught situations and providing support to resolve incidents

Desirable Criteria

  • ITIL Expert qualified
  • Proven track record in the improvement of service delivery within incident management
  • Proactive approach to workload out with live incidents

CRM Data Manager

This role requires someone with demonstrable experience in Data and Data Management Platforms. We are looking for someone who feels comfortable both working independently and as part of large teams. They should be happy to work alongside both Technical Analysts within our agencies, and also able to translate key insights and recommendations in a clear way to internal marketing stakeholders.

Key skills needed for this role

* Experience in working with Customer Database and Data Platforms, preferably within the Adobe marketing ecosystem

* Experience of using SQL and ETL platforms to make sense of large data sets

* Strong understanding of GDPR compliance regulations
