As the EMEA Business Analyst & Reporting Manager you will be responsible for leading and influencing the “Readiness, Enablement and Migration” (REM) agenda and drive value by understanding business needs and achieving success for the program and our clients.

Summary of responsibilities

You will work within a utility team partnering with all the project pods (formed of Technology, Product, Ops and UAT) who are working through an AGILE methodology to elaborate requirements for the AD build teams. The role incorporates:

• Articulate and document ‘REM strategies’ covering readiness, enablement and migrations for all project team deliveries, including Ops intervention, training, system access and controls.

• Partner with the Payment Ops teams to organise readiness prior to migrations.

• Understand and factor in the Client requirements, their usage of the Product and prioritise the requirements based on data analysis.

• Complete REM impact and data analysis for each project to inform requirements and build scheduling.

• Ad-hoc consultation for unique/unexpected scenarios highlighted during the performance of business testing and validation. 

• Conduct walk through and training sessions to update stakeholders and user groups
  

Key skills:

• Payment operations and product experience / knowledge.
