Infrastructure Engineer (Windows Microsoft AWS Linux Ubuntu). World-leading cyber security organisation is seeking a capable, tech-driven Infrastructure Engineer to assist their mission: protecting the world against the growing number of adversaries in cyber space.
You'll join a 1000-strong international team of exceptional individuals in one of 'the world's most innovative' companies, helping to power the unique AI-based platform that reduces the risks of data theft and technology disruption that organisations face on a daily basis.
As an Infrastructure Engineer you'll take ownership of the deployment and maintenance of Microsoft on-premise and cloud infrastructure, playing a critical role in testing the MS infrastructure in relation to disaster recovery strategy and provide maintenance and patching when required. You'll make an impact in supporting the company's daily operation, conducting daily and weekly health checks on the Microsoft infrastructure, resolving escalated helpdesk tickets and documenting infrastructure deployment and BAU support processes when required.
Alongside the operationally-critical hands-on work, you'll gain business-wide exposure with a diverse, up-to-the-minute tech stack including Windows, Linux, Ubuntu, MacOS and AWS. This Infrastructure Engineer role is ideal for someone keen to develop their skills, as you will be supported to work to your refine their craft through abundant training opportunities across technologies.
Requirements:
*You have working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2016 / 2019
*You're familiar with Desktop Operating Systems (MacOS, Ubuntu, Windows)
*You're a passionate about what you do, keen to develop your skills and learn new technologies
*You're naturally analytical, willing to persevere with complex technical issues from identification to resolution
*You're a motivated self-starter with excellent time management skills
*Desirable: knowledge of Active Directory / Duo, SSO concepts / Microsoft Hyper-V, Cloud services / AWS, Azure (training provided)
