• Improvement of employee engagement and ensuring all staff have the right support, training and tools to be successful in their roles and improve service
• Experience of managing critical incidents
• Production of regular reports to the organisation and stake holders
• Ensuring high quality and consistent customer service provision
• Managing multi-site coverage and training needs
• Dealing with critical incidents and implementing better processes to improve service and minimise service disruptions from major incidents
• Assess and continually improve services based on insight from data
• Maintain and improve KPI's & SLA's
• Continuous improvement of the service and process
• Design, develop and implement QA and business intelligence processes

• Vast experience of Service Management
• Experience of managing large teams
• Experience of Salesforce Service Cloud
• Experience of customer service best practice and principles
• Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies - Six Sigma

• Experience in improving developing employees skills, engagement and ability

Avanti Recruitment is working with a market leading Broker in the City of London to recruit a Support Engineer to work on the day to day IT support of the trading floor.

As the successful candidate you will support a busy broking floor which trades FX, Derivatives and Bondsy. You will be building and maintaining servers and virtual infrastructure environments with VMWare.
