Job Duties:

  • Day to day management of a large and multi skilled service delivery team
  • Improvement of employee engagement and ensuring all staff have the right support, training and tools to be successful in their roles and improve service
  • Experience of managing critical incidents
  • Production of regular reports to the organisation and stake holders
  • Ensuring high quality and consistent customer service provision
  • Managing multi-site coverage and training needs
  • Dealing with critical incidents and implementing better processes to improve service and minimise service disruptions from major incidents
  • Assess and continually improve services based on insight from data
  • Maintain and improve KPI's & SLA's
  • Continuous improvement of the service and process
  • Design, develop and implement QA and business intelligence processes

The person:

  • Vast experience of Service Management
  • Experience of managing large teams
  • Experience of Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Experience of customer service best practice and principles
  • Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies - Six Sigma
  • Experience of data reporting and analysis with the use of systems such as power BI and Salesforce
  • Experience in improving developing employees skills, engagement and ability
  • Experience in remote management and leadership / multi-site management
