ITG is currently looking for a passionate and highly skilled Email Front End Developer. Is this you?

Where does this role fit in?

Our role is an integral part of ITG's ECRM deliverables and omnichannel campaigns.

You'll be responsible for understanding project briefs, coding HTML emails and web pages, testing across multiple platforms and uploading to the broadcasting platform relevant to that campaign.

Tests will be sent to the QC team/client for review, and any required amends will be actioned. Once the campaign is signed off, it is handed over to the Campaign Exec team for deployment.

How will I succeed:

  • Delivering email campaigns/web pages within the timescale set, ensuring the accuracy of rendering and content.
  • Exploring new and pioneering code techniques to introduce modern features and implementing acceptable fall-backs where necessary.
  • Showing initiative to manage your own workload effectively, and forward planning.
  • Able to work in an agile environment, where work to be continued is well documented, and handover notes provided where required. Conversely, you will be required to continue pre-existing code, derived from our master responsive framework.

What I need to show:

  • Creative understanding and passion for pixel-perfect HTML and CSS, you'll produce quality work for email and web.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver client work to tight deadlines.
  • Keeping up to date on the latest developments in front-end coding.
  • Proven working knowledge of email best practice.
  • Precise and accurate approach to HTML.
  • Coded examples of work that shows the experience of front-end development, with a strong focus on email development.

What decisions can I make?

Vacancy Overview
The Project Support Officer will assist the SS&A (Safety, Security and Assurance) Directorate through the delivery of underpinning support activities.

Nature and Scope
Engage with members of SS&A Directorate management team to ensure work scopes are delivered on time and target.
Manage all administrative, reporting, costs control, forecasting etc related to on-boarding and management of Contractors and Consultants (embedded and non-embedded staff and external design contracts).
Source and manage information and data to provide internal and external reporting of SS&A Directorate progress.
Act as the secretariat for SSA Governance Meetings.
Support and coordinate administrative information for business related process, including project controls (budgets), monthly management reporting, risk reporting, organisational learning (OLIM) and others as required.
Maintain up to date contract expenditure information including Goods Receipting, raising Purchase Orders and coordinating the interface with Procurement.
Provide administrative support to business planning including annual, long term budget forecasting and ongoing resource management.
Providing administrative support to document storage in EDRMS.
Assist in organising team events.
Other business administration tasks as required by SS&A Directorate.

Principal Accountabilities
Provide support to the SS&A Director and the four Heads of Function
Act as a super user for document management (Teamcenter) systems.
Provide and control SS&A Directorate information to the Project Controls Teams responsible for Project Reporting
Provide a professional, accurate and reliable support service to SS&A Directorate.
Set up and maintain records so that information is readily available and easily accessible.
Update and ensure all distribution lists are current.
Prepare reports and presentations for key stakeholders.
Manage plans within SS&A Directorate in BWH.
Manage the Business Continuity lists in SS&A Directorate.
Maintain a record of department expenditure and forecasts to completion.

General administrative and business support experience.
Experience of business finance management and reporting processes.
Experience using Microsoft Office.
Strong organisational and administration skills.
The ability to prioritise tasks.
The PSO will often work on their own initiative liasing with internal stakeholders.
