As the System Analyst you will be responsible for Maintaining, Administering and Upgrading existing systems and applications. You will work closely with the Head of IT and take ownership on a number of Projects. For this role you will have ideally worked with a variety of Healthcare systems ranging from Electronic Patient Record (EPR), Patient Administration (PAS) etc. As well as leading the analysis and running of system projects you will also be responsible for audit processes to ensure compliance against industry standards such as; GDPR, Cyber Essentials, and ISO 27001.

• Gathering / documenting user functionality stories and configuration requirements
• Healthcare system support exposure and knowledge (EPR, RIS, PACS) / or implementing and supporting systems in a heavily regulated environment.
• Coordinating and compiling User Acceptance Testing

The successful candidate will have a proven track record working with BI tools and creating end to end solutions from requirement gathering through to deployment, able to handle analysis and reporting developments using data collected from multiple sources.

You will have strong interpersonal skills who has the ability to lead initiatives on a daily basis, someone with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills as well as first class oral and written communication skills.

The role requires an enthusiastic and motivated individual looking for their second or third job following at least two years commercial experience, who can balance the line between IT and the business requirements. The incumbent will report on data using reporting tools and ad-hoc queries and then analyse that data to find trends, and able to precisely report these to stakeholders.

You should have a skill set including the following:
