Our client based in Warrington is looking for a proactive and result-driven Junior Test Analyst with experience in Agile Testing Methodologies to join their ever growing team on a permanent basis.

Your new role:

  • You will work within an Agile test enviroment driving best test practice in line with departmental standards and ensure Sprint goals are achieved

Technical Support Engineer required to join a growing business within the FinTech sector, based in Manchester City Centre. As a member of the Technical Support team, you will be required to provide technical support via telephone, email and the Zendesk ticketing system to other helpdesks, customers and end users.

To be considered for this role, you must have experience within Technical support roles (1st/ 2nd Line) and also experienced in providing support to applications, ideally related to the financial industry or with AI technologies.

Role Responsibilities:

*Provide technical support via phone, email and Zendesk ticketing system predominantly helpdesk to helpdesk but occasionally end users.
*Management of strict Service Level Agreement (SLAs) targets carrying penalties for failure to deliver.
*Occasional out of hours disturbances when required.
*Respond efficiently and communicate clearly to ensure the customer's complete satisfaction.
*Triage of issues using knowledge articles and incident management into 3rd line support, prioritising resolution.
*Manage bug fixes, requirement gathering for new features and change requests for existing applications.
*Engage with different teams to identify, prioritise and solve issues.
*Write technical documentation, knowledge management and workflow guides, which will ensure compliance on a global level and provide accurate, valid and complete information in your solutions to problems.
*Liaise with Development teams and external vendors, and articulate technical information to non-technical people.
