Salesforce Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Salesforce Coordinator to work full time on a 3 month FTC. Located in Central London, this role is paying £33k per annum.

Who will you be working for?
Our client is a global media organisation with a strong commercial arm to the business.

What will you be doing?

  • Frontline support and training on Salesforce
  • Testing fixes and new functionality in AMS, AMIS and SalesForce CRM; working with Business Applications to feedback findings and assist in process mapping for system developments
  • Frontline support and training on AMS booking system
  • Be responsible for data integrity in SalesForce (Accounts, Contacts etc); this will include monitoring work done by sales and coaching of sales when needed to prevent future mistakes
  • Ensure the smooth flow of communication concerning all leads, opportunities, bookings and RFPs through the effective use of Salesforce
  • Help ensure the smooth flow of information and collaborative working across all areas of the Commercial department

About you

  • Confident in using both Salesforce and Madgex softwares
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to build strong relationships

We are seeking an individual with significant experience in business analysis and very skilled in the core business analysis skills including workshop facilitation, process design and requirements engineering. The post holder must demonstrate the ability to lead and influence stakeholders, have excellent communication skills and a track record for successfully embedding new ways of working.

The ideal candidate will have a professional qualification in business analysis and/or business analysis experience within the higher education sector.
