Change Manager - PPM Tools - 12 months Fixed Term Contract - Buckinghamshire

Change Manager is required to join extremely fast paced working environment, to implement and deliver PPM tool changes internally within the business.

The ideal candidate will possess vast experience within a Change Management background using PPM tools (Programme Portfolio Management).

You will work alongside the current PPM team in place to understand the plan, gain knowledge and go on to deliver the changes within the business. Previous training experience would also be beneficial.

Experience Required:
- Previous Change experience in a similar project
