1st Line IT Support Engineer - High Wycombe - £28K
£24K - £28K depending on experience + Excellent Training
Due to unprecedented growth within the last 5 years, my client, a leading Real Estate company in High Wycombe, are looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to come onboard ASAP. This position is ideal for an aspiring engineer looking to kickstart their career in IT within a fast-growing company.
There are excellent opportunities for progression due to the expansion that the company is planning over the next few years. Once you are in the sky is the limit! On top of that they provide excellent training, including a training plan and resources to assist you in becoming Microsoft accredited.
Duties include;
* Troubleshooting a variety of hardware and software
* Logging and managing requests
* Be the first point of contact for customers both in person and remotely, logging and resolving calls using the set procedures.
* Escalating issues as and when necessary.
* Monitoring systems, performing repairs, upgrades, installations and other routine tasks.
