FPSG have partnered with one of the UKs most well-known organisations who are looking to add a Finance System Support Analyst to their Glasgow office.

The current team are responsible for ensuring the safe management and delivery of all systems and business processes relating to HR, Finance, Commercial and Payroll while providing consistent and efficient support of Workday systems.

Role Responsibilities

  • You will provide an efficient and effective systems support for Corporate Services Support Systems which include Workday, Adaptive Insights, Scanning Solution, Sourcing tools, data analytics tools and other key corporate systems.

  • You and your wider team will be the first line of support for all employees and Contingent workers in relation to Corporate Services Support Systems.

  • Be primarily Workday Finance and Adaptive focused.

  • You will identify and deliver business process improvements, changes and enhancements.

  • You will work closely with front line users to ensure functional usability while evaluating and performing appropriate regression and user acceptance testing to ensure system integrity and controls.

  • Be responsible for the ongoing management on legacy systems such as Oracle and File director as well as the overall responsibility for Workday and new systems.

Skills and experience required:

  • Have relevant and demonstrable experience working in a similar role.

  • You will have experience and technical finance systems knowledge. You will

  • Be organised, a confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels (both internally and externally) and have strong negotiation skills.

  • Experience of change and release management on a cloud hosted service or ERP systems is also essential, preferably Workday Finance.

I am currently working with a world-renowned brand who are growing their talented team of software engineers. The right candidate will be highly motivated and have a solid interest in technology and its growth.

We are looking for a Senior .NET engineer who has experience working with C# the cloud and both mobile and web technologies. The senior candidate with have a minimum of 2 year’s working with .NET/.NET core at a commercial level.

The Ideal candidate will have

  • 2 years plus in .NET/.NET core
  • C#
  • Experience using at least one of the front end technologies such as React, Angular, Vue or JavaScript.

Sought:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills - must be able to use complex functions in Excel.
  • Ability to write queries in MS SQL Server.
  • VBA knowledge sought
  • Strong analytical and requirement gathering skills.
  • Learning a unique skill set encompassing primary care coding structures, SQL and Microsoft Excel VBA.
