We are assisting one of the largest property companies to hire a Senior Data Architect to be a key part of the Tech Project Delivery team.

You will be supporting with the delivery of architecture design, implementation and governance, supporting projects and BAU.

What will I be doing day-to-day?

Role

In your role as Director of Technology and Data you will lead the group ICT, digital, programme delivery, data integrity and intelligence functions. You will manage risk and keep at the forefront of digital innovation, through the use of emerging technologies to deliver the best in customer services.

Leadership

* To lead, coach, support and develop staff
* You will promote positive approaches to ensure that all operations comply with all Group policies and legal requirements in Health and Safety, Equality and Diversity.

Our client are looking for a Contract Scrum Master to join the team for an initial 6 month contract. Working with the Agile Coach, you will support the Scrum teams to complete their sprint goals, create an environment that is responsive to change and will educate teams in Agile and Scrum values and principles.

With a proven track record of delivering multiple products using Scrum or Kanban the key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • Facilitate one or more Scrum teams - setting up Scrum ceremonies and hosting them (Product Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective);
  • Ensure that each Scrum team adheres to the practices of Scrum and provide the best environment for each Scrum team to achieve success, including coaching on the Scrum framework;
  • Create the right environment for Scrum team members to be open and honest in the Daily Scrum meeting and Sprint Retrospective;
  • Ensure collaborative working amongst Scrum team members;
  • Remove impediments raised in the Daily Scrum meeting to ensure progress;
