Our client a global insurer has a requirement for a Lead Business Analyst for a large-scale operational improvement programme with possible travel to Spain, Sweden, Italy and France.

This is an excellent high-profile opportunity to use your proven facilitation, business analyst skills and process knowledge alongside an opportunity to expand your stakeholder management, communication and project management skills.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Gather the relevant information through self-directed learning, meetings and workshops with the management team
  • Assessing and mapping current processes, procedures, systems, business interfaces and ways of working and their respective performance across operations
  • Meeting all relevant stakeholders to ensure the processes are correct and mapped out for the area in scope
  • Identify opportunities for automation of existing manual activities
