Job requirements:

A developer is required to carry out Salesforce CRM platform migration from Classic to Lightning, ensuring that all existing integrations and processes are retained, reviewed, and tested. Training for users on new Front End views and processes is also required.

  • Codes, tests and debugs software programs and meets project plan goals under limited guidance from senior software developers.
  • Works independently to design and develop small technical modules.
  • Assists with repairing coding problems.
  • Provides technical support to clients on existing problems escalated as appropriate.
  • Provides support through help desk; monitors trends and results from technical support calls to advise senior team members on performance of existing systems.

Project Manager (Contracts) - You will be responsible for managing the post award contract of our client's planning, build and partners to ensure compliance and performance of the contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the technical/contractual end-to-end relationship supporting our internal stakeholders and external partners by acting as a SPOC & Subject Matter Expert for all contractual governance matters relating to NEC4/Motif 3 & our Network Expansion Partners. Assist in the development provision of contract training to the wider business and partners as and when required.
  • Set up, manage and run the monthly Supplier Performance Meetings (SPMs) with each Partner driving performance through the 5 CPIs escalating failures in performance and using SIPs/PIP where required
  • Developing an integrated relationship between the Partners and the delivery teams
  • Managing and supporting any contract disputes negotiations with legal & procurement as required
  • Managing the contract MOC as appropriate and supporting the forward 12 month allocation of work process to secure Partner resources on a quarterly basis
  • Manage the portfolio of Partners with the objective of ensuring all support services provided are fit-for-purpose and cost effective.
  • Provide support and expertise to internal stakeholders on contractual documentation, new requirements and their impact on the existing contractual agreements.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders to support you in ensuring that the support services provided by our Partners are managed and measured according to the contractual commitments.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with senior stakeholders within partner companies to ensure that senior level direction and focus is applied to the contract.
  • Work with internal and external partners to drive CSIP (Continual Service Improvement Plan) in-line with the schedule within the contracts. Ensure that the contractual relationships are managed in an efficient and effective way and do not impact the provision of support services in anyway.


Who we're looking for:

  • Contract Manager with 5yrs in managing large scale construction contracts
  • Experience of NEC4 contracts or equivalent construction contracts
  • Construction Project & Programme Management (ideal)
  • Understanding of contract law
  • Commercial acumen
  • Proven contractor negotiation skills
  • Understanding of management and mitigation of commercial risks
  • Claims and dispute resolution
  • Experience of Supplier Relationship Management to drive delivery performance
  • Management of construction BoM
  • Use of contract systems such as CEMARs
  • Ability to manage opex and capex budgets


Desirable Experience:

  • Degree qualified in quantity surveying or similar discipline (MSc or MBA preferred)
  • Non degree holder should have a demonstrable record of success with extensive experience in similar roles
  • Professional qualification and/or membership of the RICS and / or CIOB would be an additional advantage
  • Ideally hold the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH) Certificate.
  • APMP (preferred)
  • P6 and CEMARs experience (desirable)
