Are you passionate about identifying business problems and helping resolve them? If so, we have an exciting challenge for you as a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst on our Lead to Invoice platform.

This role is in our Commercial Business Systems department, providing best in class applications to our internal workforce. As a Business Analyst in our team, you will work with users from multiple business units and functions. One day, you could be sitting with a Sales user to observe their usage of Salesforce. The next day, you may be discussing strategy with our senior business leaders. You will build positive relationships at various levels of the company, to help you develop a deep understanding of business processes, challenges and goals.
You will provide a vital role in translating the business requirements into well crafted user stories and acceptance criteria, for the development and testing teams to work from. You'll be the link between our technology teams and our internal customers, ensuring the solutions we design and build meet the business needs.

- Ability to facilitate and run workshops
- Ability to understand complex problems, explain them simply and break them down into user stories, with detailed acceptance criteria
- Ability to help guide junior BAs
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Experience with JIRA, Salesforce, Apttus CPQ or Apttus Billing (preferred)
