If you have previously worked within Healthcare or the Pharmaceutical industry this would be advantageous but is not essential.

This will include working directly with the customer to ensure they are up to speed on their issue’s resolution and working with other areas of the business to ensure incidents are resolved appropriately and in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for implementing appropriate work arounds and documenting the approach taken to solve the problem.

The successful IT Support Consultant will have previous experience of providing technical customer support.  You will be very familiar working with VMware, LINUX, Windows and Oracle MySQL products. You will also be a fluent English and German speaker.
