PMO Change Manager- SC Cleared

A leading Independent IT Infrastructure and Services Consultancy are looking for an SC Cleared PMO Change Manager to work onsite at a major government client in Milton Keynes, 5 month contract initially, Inside IR35.

The role holder will provide organisation, reporting and coordination to support the PMO's key activities. The Change Manager will manage change and promote the continuous improvement of project management related processes. The Change Manager needs to be an excellent communicator and guide project stakeholders in following the prescribed processes.

Responsibilities:
Manage the PMO mailbox
Management of the PMO process
Chairing PMO Governance Meetings
Reporting on the work in progress across all stages
Main point of contact between PMO and the customer's Change Management Team

The Ideal Candidate
Valid SC Clearance
Expected to have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience working at this level
Degree qualified or holds equivalent experience (e.g. PMO, Prince 2, APM, MSP)
ITIL Foundation- Desirable
Skilled and experience in project management, reporting, cost control and governance
Highly literate and numerate
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and reporting
Desirable to be proficient in reporting technology, Visio and process mapping
Governance- regular status reports- steering reports and escalation reports
People management / leadership experience
Excellent stakeholder management experience
Excellent attention to detail

My client is currently recruiting for several Helpdesk Operatives on various shifts to work on either a temporary to permanent or permanent basis. You will work with all facilities departments (such as the Administration Team and Maintenance Team) and promote good communication between my client, their client, patients, visitors and the general public by ensuring all requests and enquiries are dealt quickly and effectively.

Some of your main responsibilities will include answering calls and emails in line with service level agreements, recording data accurately on systems and ensuring it is passed to the relevant departments. You will be responsible for providing callers with accurate information promptly so that the team comply with contractual response times.

You will coordinate the daily workflow between my client services teams (housekeeping, hard FM, and porters) and refer any enquiries that cannot be dealt with to the appropriate individual or body and undertake general administration duties.

The Ideal Candidate:

Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience of working in a Call Centre or similar environment
  • Knowledge of the CAFM systems
  • Customer service experience

It would be desirable for this position if you have experience working in an NHS environment, Level 2 Customer Services / Business Administration and experience in a Facilities Management background.

Current shifts available are:

Helpdesk Operative - Full Time 40 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 Shifts
