About the role

Our Change Management Technical Solutions is experiencing continuous success and growth. As part of this growth, we are seeking to recruit experienced Testers to work with our software development teams to provide QA support to the development teams to automate tests to guide development. Each project is different, but typically you can expect to be working on the following



  • Requirements analysis and validation


  • Defining and executing test strategies and scripts


  • Ensuring requirements traceability


  • Introducing/suggesting new processes and techniques


  • Accurate recording and monitoring of issues


  • Reviewing test environments configuration and processes to facilitate continuous improvement and maintenance of quality standards

The Counter Application has been used in the Barclays Branch network for around 25 years now - it handles huge volumes of financial transaction traffic, handles cash withdrawals/deposits and cheque deposits and bill payments - as well as Foreign Exchange functionality. The Counter Product Team is responsible for all technical change to this system, as well as providing third line support and fixes to any problems within it.

As a Counter Developer, you'll be writing and testing code focusing on C# to specification for one or more applications for complex projects.

What will you be doing?
  • Writing code to specification for one or more applications / products during the build phase of the software development lifecycle
  • Testing the code thoroughly and liaise with business users to ensure delivery is fit for purpose
  • Developing a technical understanding of a component or sub-component within an application / product, providing support for technical queries, live incidents and problems

Senior .Net Software Developer - AI Software Platform - Central London - Up to 90K

Organisation: Who?

A global and rapidly scaling tech powerhouse based in London who have created a platform which builds bespoke software for start-ups using AI and set them up to be leaders in their industry. They are heavily backed by some of the biggest names in Silicon Valley.

Role: What?

You will be quickly integrated within an agile tech team and help them deliver their latest product and build code generation tools, this will be the core functionality of their internal engineering platform and requires writing complex code in C#.

Experience?

  • Extensive experience in C# and hands-on experience working with .NET Core.
  • Knowledge of maintaining and deploying solutions in AWS.
  • Expert understanding of .Net framework.
  • Strong automation experience and CI/CD experience.
  • Experience with other languages like JavaScript, Swift, and Java would be a bonus.
  • Experience creating large scale platform environments.
