My client is a leading manufacturer of heavy materials handling equipment who are looking for a Major Accounts Sales Reporting Analyst, reporting to the Sales Operations Manager.

The Major Accounts Team are a very well regarded and rapidly growing function whose mission is to provide solutions, innovation and a true partnership to our largest and most well-established European clients. As a European focused function, the Major Accounts Team work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

What will this role achieve?

As the Major Accounts Sales Reporting Analyst you will contribute to the overall Development and operational management of Major Accounts resources, materials, forecasting, reporting and systems to drive sales growth. 

What will be your key accountabilities?

Major Accounts Reporting – Bookings & Forecast:

  • Produce bookings reports and forecasting reports.
  • Reconcile and align bookings with Finance.
  • Assist with Planning/Target Setting.

Major Accounts Reporting – Statistics:

  • Produce Monthly KPI Performance Dashboard.
  • Produce reports, statistics and slides for Review meetings as required.
  • Regularly update historic bookings and shipment reports and provide historic data reports upon request.

Major Accounts Reporting – Rebates:

  • Keep track of accruals for customer rebates.
  • Calculate amounts due and ensure credits are raised and payments are made in a timely fashion.

Major Accounts Support – Admin:

  • Update and maintain systems/ records to ensure that information/data is kept up to date.
  • Raise Credit Notes / PO’s when required.
  • Help organise team meetings: meeting rooms, agendas, hotels, taxis, lunches, dinners, etc.

What do we need for this role?

The Major Accounts Sales Reporting Analyst will be a great team player, analytical with strong communication skills and be highly organised along with the following:

  • Experience in a similar role, including significant reporting responsibility.
  • Advanced Excel skills with knowledge of macros
  • Strong Microsoft Word and Outlook skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Power Bi would be desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of another European language would be desirable. 

In return my client, who holds a Gold Standard in “Investors in People” accreditation,  is offering a salary of c.£39k pa plus full benefits (pension, life insurance, private health, core hours working scheme, 25 days paid holiday, on site parking, contined learning and development, etc.).
