Role

This company require assistant with a new CRM system; Salesforce. The department is growing and is expected to grow further as the company embarks on Community Engagement and continues working with stakeholders. You will be responsible for supporting the ongoing enhancement of the CRM system liaising with internal and external parties, joining a wider customer service team.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist with the identification of requirements with subject matter experts

• Based on the requirements, develop user stories and manage the prioritisation of these

• Manage the day to day interaction with the developer who will design and build the system

• Lead on user acceptance testing

• Lead on the development of system training materials

• Assist in securing the required approvals to deliver this work

• Assist as required in the procurement of supply chain to support the delivery of this work

• Work with the supply chain to ensure all system documentation is updated

• Manage the backlog of user stories

• Work with the Project Management Team ensuring updated use of the CORA management system

• Undertake system administration of the CRM

• Support the outsourcing of the Contact Centre Capability

• Support the day to day management of the Contact Centre capability by ensuring that all customer contacts are managed in line with RWM service standards

• Identify and support opportunities to use CRM data to drive evidence-based decision making

• Develop and lead a staff-based user group for the CRM

Experience Required

• Educated to at least GCSE (A – C) level including English and Maths or equivalent.

• Experience in utilising CRM systems, preferably Salesforce

• Experience of internal reporting

• Understanding of GDPR and privacy requirements

• Customer Journey development experience would be an advantage

Skills Required

• Customer focused with a desire to meet a customer’s needs

• High levels of accuracy when inputting data

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to adapt communication styles to best suit the customer

• Ability to work well in a team and recognise their role as part of a wider organisational team

Cyber Security Project Manager

Our Client is based in Whitehaven, West Cumbria and require an experienced project manager to work closely with the ICT Manager to develop a cyber security and resilience project plan, and then, once the plan is approved, to initiate manage the delivery of that project.

The project will deliver prioritised and cost-effective improvements to the cyber security and resilience, in line with the IT strategy, and supporting effective risk management.

The project will cover all aspects of cyber security and resilience, including identifying and protecting critical systems, detecting and responding to, and recovering from, cyber incidents, as well as maintaining adequate security assurance and certifications.

The initial term of the project manager is 12 months, with the initial project plan expected to take 4 weeks to develop, being mainly drawn from existing planning and analysis documents, alongside with stakeholder consultation.

The majority of the work is expected to be on-site in Whitehaven.

The project manager will report to the ICT Manager and be responsible for:

Planning and designing the project in line with existing IT and cyber improvement plans, and their current status and priorities

Defining and supporting a project board, composed of key internal and external stakeholders, that oversees the planning and delivery of the project.

Proactively monitoring its progress and resolving any issues.

Managing the project’s budget, in conjunction with accounting and controls function.

Ensuring the delivery of new and/or enhanced cyber capabilities to an appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, according to the project plan.

Managing the risks, dependencies and third-party contributions to the project’s successful outcome.

Managing communications with stakeholders.

Essential requirements

Five or more years’ experience in designing and managing cyber security and resilience improvement projects

Hands-on, proactive approach to planning and management

Qualifications in programme and project management (e.g. PRINCE 2, MSP or equivalent)

Qualifications in cyber security and resilience (e.g. CISSP, CISM or equivalent)

Hold or be capable of achieving BPSS security clearance

Statistics and programming in Python/ SQL. Machine Learning skills like KNN (nearest neighbours clustering), Random Forests, regression, NLP etc. Experience developing data science capability in a large organisation. Motivated and self-starting.

Desired Skills
As above, but also R and GIS skills – Cadcorp, ArcGIS, QGIS, spatial analysis.

Team size
Team size is 15, but this is the only Data Scientist role currently. They will be supported by a Research analyst for analysis and data cleaning tasks.

Project Deliverables
We have several Python scripts that have been developed and would like these investigated and help us make them into something useful that we can put into production. We are also developing a new London Risk analysis methodology and would like some clustering algorithms to be applied to it.
