The Roles – Support Engineer (Healthcare IT Systems)
Following continued growth this market-leading organisation now seeks to recruit a customer focused Support Engineer responsible for:
- Providing specialist remote diagnostic customer support, escalating where appropriate, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Installing hardware and software and repairing / recovering failures.
- Performing regular security monitoring.
Your Background – Support Engineer (Healthcare IT Systems)
To be considered for this role you will be a strategic, driven individual and should have:
- Degree or equivalent in computer engineering or similar.
- Genuine interest in IT and willingness to expand skill set.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
