What you'll be doing:

· Experience of building & deploying .NET services & applications

· Deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365

· Behaviour Driven Development

· Configuring and managing Sharepoint

We are working with a leading parcel distribution company who is seeking a Final Mile Delivery Manager, to join their Team, in Weybridge, Surrey. This role requires a Leader who is flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The salary for this position is £26,260 per annum, as well as a company vehicle.

Applicants will have at least a basic understanding of working within the Logistics or Courier industry. Field Managers are an integral part of the business, with individuals responsible for sourcing a high volume of employed and self-employed Contractors to cover their delivery routes. The Field Manager role comes with a lot of variety and Staff should be comfortable driving to multiple sub depot locations and able to effectively engage and communicate with their Couriers and Line Managers.

The Company are very customer focused, so we are looking for problem solving mindsets, who have a desire to succeed. Final Mile Delivery Managers will oversee cost, recruitment, customer engagement, compliance and planning for their routes. Working within a large team, the business has a structure in place to assist with high performance and support, as well as opportunities to progress, with a genuine pathway.

  • Prioritise the customer and ensure satisfaction scores are high

As a Software QA / Test Analyst your main responsibilities will include:

Create, maintain and enhance testing processes and documentation for all Autoglym Ecommerce and digital customer facing platforms.

Develop and execute end-to-end tests spanning multiple systems to ensure all scenarios are considered, tested and that the platforms are working as required.

Understand and interpret business processes. Identify and tackle gaps in development documentation.

Where required develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, testing vectors and changes resulting from testing and feed these into the development team.

Be the first point of contact for troubleshooting to identify where program faults are occurring and liaise with the development team to correct.

Assist in the design of the flow of interfaced data through ecommerce systems.

Ensure robust process are in place with inbuilt error checks to prompt timely identification of system issues.

Ensure all digital development is consistent with Altro Group IT, Development, and Security policies.

Attend project meetings to input into process analysis and definition of requirements.

Assist in the development of strategies to improve the maturity of the test/QA discipline within the team, helping to incorporate penetration/security testing, automated regression testing, and code coverage testing.

Communicate effectively to a variety of stakeholders from technical staff to business owners on project developments, progress, key timings and testing requirements.

Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and other industry standard tools for the purpose of maintaining project and testing documentation.

Experience working on website or web technology projects
