Recognised as a world leader in the area of handling equipment, our client is seeking an Assembly Delivery Manager.

Key to success in this role is to build effective relationships with all stakeholders, effectively communicate at all levels, including the ability to challenge and to work in a customer/supplier relationship manner.

As an Assembly Delivery Manager, some of your duties and responsibilities will be:

•             Oversee the development and implementation of manufacturing, assembly, integration, testing and commissioning processes to maintain fit-for-purpose product functionality as well as cost efficiency. 

•             Manage the development and use of work packages, job cards and Safe Systems of Work for all activities associated with manufacturing, assembly, integration, testing and commissioning. 

•             Manage the AIT facility taking overall responsibility for activities and personnel within the facility.

•             Lead and direct the work of assigned engineers on manufacturing, assembly, testing and commissioning tasks.

•             Lead and direct the work of all AIT personnel.

•             Ensure that all assigned resource work together cohesively to deliver equipment in accordance with the project plans, engineering intent and relevant regulations.

•             Ensure a safe working environment is provided and all appropriate safety arrangements are in place at the AIT.

•             Maintain facility security and ensure appropriate maintenance is carried out within the facility in conjunction with the Facilities Manager.

This position is based in Oxfordshire, and is easily accessible from Oxford, Newbury, Didcot, Harwell etc.

  • Complete call logging and sales tracking sheets

Skills needed for B2B Developer:

Experience in sales is highly desirable, especially telephone based.
