  • Kelvedon, Essex
  • £28,000 - £40,000/annum

.NET Developer / Software Developer / Software Engineer - C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Webforms and MVC.

Around £28,000 - £35,000 + 23 days holiday (plus bank), a real 9-5pm and lots of opportunity for training.

I am genuine when I say I have friends that work for this company; when I walked in to meet the directors recently I received a big hug from one brother and five minutes later was almost bowled over by the other! Two (other) brothers run the business, set up and until recently run by their parents and they have three sets of different families that work for them! What more of a resounding testimonial do you want?! They love working there so much, they recommended it to their families!

The business is an expert consultancy, looking after residential sites. There have a team of consultants across the UK, all working from and feeding into their in-house software solutions. The Dev team is currently two, you will be the third and this is the beginning of their growth journey with ambitions to triple the whole business over the next couple of years.

The legacy is written in VB.NET and ASP.NET Webforms but all new code is written in C#, MVC of course. MVVM frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue, Azure DevOps and GIT are all being adopted, as is Xamarin for their small but growing mobile offering.

This is a close-knit business offering a lot of opportunity for growth, training and real ownership of your projects.

If you are an experienced .NET Developer, at any level of skill, then please apply now or contact Simon Morris at Prime Appointment and we can discuss this in detail and see if it interests you and if there is the right fit.

As mentioned above, I know this company very well and can offer you real insights and advice to help you throughout the recruitment process.

Prime Appointments, recruitment with a personal touch.

This role is commutable from Colchester, Witham, Feering, Kelvedon, Chelmsford, Braintree, Ipswich.
