This is a great opportunity to join our cyber security consultancy team, which have extensive experience working with customers to define their acceptable level of Cyber Security Risk and helping them to implement steps to reduce their risk exposure where appropriate.

The Consultancy is ISO 27001 certified with consultants equipped to perform gap analysis and remediation for clients in alignment with these industry recognised quality standards. The Consultancy also sits within the larger ITPS business unit which is ISO 9001 certified.

You will support the Service Delivery Director in the day to day delivery of Consultancy service lines. Provide management and provision of expert advice on, the selection, design, justification, implementation and operation of information security controls and management strategies to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, availability, accountability and relevant compliance of information systems to legislative, regulative and other client required standards

You will also work cooperatively across functions and business units to share information, sales leads and ideas. As primary contact for allocated clients you will be empowered to make key decisions to bring about solutions and issue resolution.

You will gain an excellent knowledge of their customers business needs and will be able to act as an advisor in achieving those goals both in the short and long term.

In return, we will help keep your certifications and skills up to date or help gain relevant industry certifications. This is a hybrid role of project improvement for external enterprise clients and BAU for internal Capita customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cyber resilience profiling;
  • Gap analysis risk assessment and treatment, auditing, implementation and other good practice consultancy for recognised cyber security standards including:
  • NCSC 10 Steps;
  • Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus (including technical assessment of client SAQ for client certification purposes;
  • ISO (phone number removed), 22301 and 90001 management systems;
  • GDPR; PCI-DSS; NIST; Public Sector Networks and NHS DSP etc.
  • Working in Private and Public sector clients both internally to other Capita businesses (with their own external clients) and directly with ITPS external clients

What You'll Bring:

  • Extensive cyber security experience
  • Ability to deliver effective and efficient good practice cyber security solutions that meet client requirements
  • Ability to lead workshops and run presentations to both a technical and business audience
  • Ability to communicate with customers/suppliers/peers at all levels in a professional manner

Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a 1st Line Support Engineer on behalf of one of our clients.

You will be responsible for providing first level customer support to our large and diverse client base ensuring Service Levels are maintained and the ticketing system is fully up to date.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone and electronically.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues in a timely, concise and informative manner.
  • Hardware fault analysis and repair when required.
  • Attend customer sites and provide IT support as directed by the customer.

  • Experience in customer expectation managements (preferred).
  • Experience supporting Windows 10 and current Windows Server operating systems (2008/2012/2016).
  • Experience dealing with Active Directory.
  • Experience in supporting Office 365 or other cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience with PBX systems such as 3cx.
  • Experience in Backup solutions, such as Veeam.
  • Experience of working within an ITIL framework, ideally with an ITIL Foundation certificate.
  • Full driving license and the ability to be able to work on customer sites as appropriate with minimal supervision.
